Occasionally, I will take out my Plus out of my Incipio Dual Pro Case, wipe out whatever dust, etc that get's in - and just give everything a ~clean out~.

Just preparing my Plus forsale and notice the outside corners of the matte black have some patina, aka, just a hint of shine to it.

Be curious what do you guys do. I've been years since I've used a film like Best Skin Saver....///maybe it's a good layer behind the case.

It's likely caused from the case rubbing against the matte finish inside the case that caused the shine. Skins are usually a good protectant.
 
Same for me, shinny spots all over the finish, it was an elago silicone case, fortunately waiting for my replacement due to hissing! Will put a better case till i resell
 
I suppose surface rubbing.....bur for discussion sake, aside from Apple, anyone else lining their cases with microsuede ?
