mixer board?????

Ok I have a new flat iMac and I've been trying to connect a mixer board to it and it realy doesn't help if I don't have the right cords and I wouldn't know how to do this.

A little more info would be useful.

What do you mean by 'mixer board'. Do you mean a sound desk, a lighting desk, a video mixer or what? We'll also need to know what model the 'mixer desk' is and who it's made by.
