Mixture of Sort by Time and Sort Manually

I've looked all over to see if there's a way to do this or even a Cydia tweak to do this. I use IntelliScreenX and absolutely love it. However, I like to have my calendar at the top of my notifications always for quick reference. The only way to do this is to set Notifications to Sort Manually and editing the order so it is at the top. This means that any notifications I get won't necessarily be near the top and I have to scroll through to find it sometimes. Does anyone know of a tweak that will allow you to essentially mix Sort by Time and Sort Manually by allowing you to "sticky" certain app notifications while leaving sort by time for the rest? IntelliScreenX has this function with the app slider and hope this could extend to notifications.
