Hey all, need a quick answer on this one if possible: I'm trying to export a quick piece from FCP as an MJPEG-A compressed file (client specs). However, when I go to File > Export > QuickTime Conversion and go to select my settings, neither the MJPEG-A nor MJPEG-B codecs are listed, just JPEG 2000 or Photo-JPEG. I have FCS 2 and an AJA Kona card, but all the other codecs that have been added (MPEG IMX, AJA, Avid codecs, etc.) are there. Are these MJPEG codecs gone, or is something weird with my system?

Any ideas? :(

Thanks Lethal, that sorted it. Sorry for the slow response, got busy yesterday. What a silly option to have! Don't hide stuff! If I have it, I want to see it by default!

No kidding. It appeared in one of the early QT 7.4.x updates and soon thereafter there was a lot of "Ah! What happened to my codecs?" posts all over the place.

Thanks Apple.

The problem I've come across is that Premiere Pro doesn't import mjpeg format. I'm willing to even BUY the codec, if I can just find where an option to buy it is on the web. All I find is the Windows downloads.

Thoughts?
