mkv files with subtitles and iTunes

Ok to simply put it i have a couple mkv files and subtitle files to go with them, now what is the best application to convert it and add the subtitles as a selectable option like in iTunes. And i also might what to put them on a dvd so if possible can someone help me with that to. thanks

I found a way! just download the app had break (witch i have and didn't know it did subtitles)

On iOS there are apps that can play mkv without converting.
