ok so I want to encode some MKV's to suit the new iPhone 4 specs, they are 1080p mkv files.

I was looking to use handbrake (windows)

first problem I'm faced with is I want to create chapters (obtained from dvds) to import to handbrake but I cant seem to find a program that exports chapters to csv, I have got chapter grabber and can export to txt and xml but nothing happening with csv.

I also want to do Avatar with hard coded or atleast forced subtitles for the na'vi talking, I have aquired an ass subtitle file that has font styling with a custom font, if I convert this to srt I lose any formating... whats best way to hardcode the subtitles from the ass file?
