ML and Keyboard Shortcuts not working

After upgrading to ML, I just noticed that the screen brightness shortcut (shift f1 or f2) is no longer working. Anyone else have this issue and know how to get it back to normal?

I have a problem, I used my super drive in my new MBA 2012 and I can't eject the disc of windows, I tried with Fn+F12 and CMD+E but it didn't work, any thoughts?

Just a follow up. Talked to apple and apparently there is no solution at the present time (to the problem I posted). Not sure what this other poster is talking about. Said he escalated to engineer and they will get back in 4-5 days.
