ML Dock to Lion

Hi,

I'm new here. And I was just wondering if there is a way to install the Mountain Lion Dock to Lion?

ML Dock looks so good compared to the Lion's Dock.

Greatly appreciate if someone could help. Sorry if I posted in the wrong section.
