ML refuses to stop restoring web page

I have ML on my MB and my iMac. On my MB it always starts safari with top sites like I ask of it, but on my iMac it always restores the web page I was on last.

They are both set up the same, both have GLIMS, and all the right boxes are ticked to make it open with top sites, but it only works properly on my MB.

Any ideas?
