ML style multiple monitors

I recall reading that it was possible to switch back to the old style of multiple display mode like ML used. Specifically I'd like all my monitors to switch when I change to another virtual desktop. I can't find this setting anywhere.

I started typing "arrange multiple displays" in system preferences and got the following:

I assume if you have multiple displays connected then the settings should show up.
