ML USB Install Not Working.

Method used -

* diskutility using the restore method.
* I can boot up into the menu
* Option gives me restore ML
* Install goes through until the last few minutes


This is where it appears to be failing as it keeps going back up to 10mins comes down then starts again back at 10mins.


Trying to upgrade a MacbookPro 2009 model.
