iPod touch MLB at-bat error?

When I start it up it says its loading data, but then I get a message that says "Error Sorry, we couldnt load any data. Try again Later."

does anybody know what this is?

Yes I do have a internet connection when it says that... :confused:
 
MLB at-bat error?

More than likely there was a problem downloading data from mlb.com. I had a message on mine the other day saying that the app had expired and to download the 2009 version, however there was no update to this app. The following day everything was back to normal and the app was working properly.
