Does putting your Mac mini 2018 on its side help it run cooler? Wouldn't this save space and give the bottom more air intake instead of sucking in warm table air?

MM 18 on it's side cooling

Makes sense to me that it would have SOME impact, though I doubt enough to notice a difference. That said, not having any issues with my MM18 in terms of heat and I prefer how it looks in the normal orientation.
I'd say give it a shot and test temps.
