My mobile me account pushes e-mails to my iphone perfectly. I get them a split second after they are sent. I've been noticing though things are a little different on my desktop mac. I'll have the mail app open and my iphone gets the message right away, but no new e-mail notification on the mac. If I maximize, or make mail the application in focus it then gets the e-mail. Yes, I have the mobile me update installed on the computer and mobile me is set up in system preferences to sync to my mail account. Does the mac mail app just not have the ability to receive pushed messages and you have to use the standard 1 min, 5 min, etc. etc. mail retrieval times?
