MMS message issues

I have an iPhone X on IOS 12 and I noticed last night that certain photos and videos won’t send, it’ll give me the red exclamation no matter what I do. If the photos or videos do send, they most of the time do not load for the recipient. I’ve tried restarting my phone. Hard resetting my phone. Resetting my network settings, turning cellular data on and off, imessage on and off, signing out from “send and receive” and more.

Nothing is working.

Went home which is about 2 minutes away from where the issues were happening and now it’s fine. Made sure Wifi is off, tested same videos and pictures and everything worked flawlessly. Recipients got them. So weird that 2 minutes up the road would be that different?
