MMS not working 3GS, 3.1.3 TMOBILE

I can use my data service but I cannot send or recieve the picture messaging.. I have tried all the settings...Can someone please post the latest one for me

I was able to fix my 3G on iOS 4 with this. I didn't SSH i used Diskaid to get to the file needed. there isn't a set fix in Cydia yet.

Having added these settings to the APN, are you guys able to /receive/ MMS? I've been able to send them, but when someone sends me one I always get an error message about the size of the picture exceeding limits.
