MMS option not available on my iPhone 4

Can anyone help me.. I have JB iphone 4 with OS 4.2.1, firmware 3.10.01 and tried to attach a picture in my text msg and option isn't available. The little camera icon to the left of the txt field isn't there. I tried to go into my photos and select options from there and mms isn't in that list of options either. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

try Settings/Messages see if MMS Messaging is ON

Okay I feel like a dumbass right about now. I go to settings for everything but didn't for this for some odd reason. It came up. Thanks man.
