MMS sending/receiving, yet red "!" appears

I am able to send and receive MMS messages although when I send the progress gets to about 90% and hangs. I get the Message Send Failure error as well as the red exclamation button next to the picture I sent HOWEVER my friends (test subjects) are getting the picture just fine.

What is going on? :confused:
