Mms settings on virgin mobile

Got a iPhone 4 on virgin mobile. Mms has been activated by virgin however I'm having trouble getting the settings right. Would anybody be able to help me? I've found a list of settings however the settings I've found don't correspond with what
I need to put in on my iPhone.
