MMS without enabling Cellular Data?

Dears

How can I send/receive MMS without enabling Cellular Data?

I have iPhone 4, v 4.01 with pre-paid sim card

I am turning off the 3G, Cellular Data and the Roaming options

to prevent losing my credit.

But this also prevent me from receiving MMS and also sometimes the sms

Any help?
