Carrier “mmWave and sub-6GHz 5G networks simultaneously.” Include mid band?

I think Apple will include mid band for all carriers specifically because of how well T-Mobile has been building out their c band. Not saying others haven’t been but just looking at the current state. Does that statement include mid band or just high band and low band? Thanks

A mid band (2.5/3.5GHz) I guess it does include it. I remember reading that some phones now support mid band but are they just T-Mobile phones?

Where I am located, the majority of the time I am on low & mid band 5G - comparable to 4G speeds.

Don't have any mmWave 5G unless I drive to congested LA city or beaches.....
