Are there MNC/MCC restrictions on Sprint Iphone 4s? If so, which ones are they and will the unlocked internationally phone work with carriers in canada or will they be blocked as well by the restriction?
 
It works in Canada, I looked into that before I even ordered mine. There are several compatible carriers.
