Mobi.to - Scam or not?

First, I want to say Hi to everyone. I am new member in Macrumors.com.

Anyone heard/use this before?

I receive their invitation email today. But I never hear this site before.

I have Appbounty and FreeMyApps. Both can receive gift cards. I am not sure if someone gets iTunes Gift Card in this site.
