Mobiel DTV case- anyone know if/when?

I read about this during CES, that the new mobile DT standard was going to come to the iPhone int he form of a case that had the necessary chips in it to grab the television broadcasts. Does anyone know anything about this?

I don't mean the lo TV thing- that si a paid subscription service. The mobile DTv standard is an hdtv standard for small mobile devices, and it is free OTA stuff.
