iPod Mobile affects iPod or univsersal dock?

I just noticed that when my mobile sends / receives messages, there is an effect on my iPod when it is plugged into the universal dock (with remote). What is happening? The volume kept changing? I using a motorola razr btw

There are a bunch of posts about this, apparently cell phones are causing some sort of inteference.
