Mobile Broadband iPad

Ive been wondering ever since the announcement that the mobile broadband feature is coming to the iPad, how likely is it that att is gonna allow to do this without charging extra like they currently do on the iPhone? Is there gonna be a new tier of data for the iPad as well? Or is it gonna be a feature turned on by default?

I'm sure it will come with an additional fee, just like the iPhone. Anything else would be a big surprise.
