I found an app recently, it's UC Browser
It can cache the videos from the web,like youtube. So you can save the videos in your phone, and watch it later or anywhere,even without network connecting!
What's more, it has the feature Wifi-Sharing, we can transfer the files between phones and computers under the same Wifi network. When i download some beautiful pictures from the mobile web with UC browser, i can transfer the pictures to computer to share to my friends.
