Mobile data options disappeared

Since updating to iOS 16 my mobile data options has disappeared. Does anyone have any idea how to get this back? And my eSim is no longer working. Thanks.

The SIM is necessary for all cellular activity. If it isn't working, it's no wonder you don't have data options (or telephone options). Contact your carrier and get your SIM working.

My physical sim works fine it is the eSim that’s not

Same carrier for both sims? The cellular options, for the most part, are controlled by the provider's carrier settings. So if different carriers, the one with missing options might have pushed a carrier settings file that have disabled those switches.

No different carriers. eSim no longer working and physical sim did have options before update
