Mobile Devices; Palm, BlackBerry, Windoze Mobile....... what do you have?

I'm upgrading my Palm Treo 650 to somthing with high speed access, and I can't decide if I can bear going to Windoze mobile. Is it compatible with Mac? I know about the missing sync, but........ is it fool proof?

what do you have, and why do you prefer it?
