Mobile Hotspot for Verizon iPhone 4 on iOS 5

is this free for us if we have an unlimited data plan?
based on the breakdowns on the first page it stated that all data services with 4gb or more get a free mobile hotspot..

i have iOS 5 and see the option to use.. dunno if we are able to use it for free..

any thoughts?

i have the unlimited plan.. basically before they went into the tiered model structure of pricing..

any other ideas?
