mobile.me preorder - will it ship physicly?

Hey there, I did make a quick search but could not find any post answering this right away.


I just preordered mobile.me, and I wondered if I will get anything physical shipped. Personally I hope it will be a simple mail with setup instructions and a product key . . . but I am not quite sure how it will be distributed.

Can anyone enlighten me on this? Will I simply receive an email with a key, or will I receive some physical box in me mail?

You will probably get a box like you would in the retail store with a code inside to activate the account.

I think it's going to be just like .mac. If you buy it online at like Amazon they ship you a DVD, but you can also just sign up at www.mac.com. Or that's what I'm thinking anyhow.

you basically get a box that includes two things.

1) your activation code to enter on mac.com or in this case on me.com

2) a pamphlet type thing about getting started
