I've been using both Mobile Me and my company's exchange and I did some tests and have found that when I have exchange on push and mobile me on fetch I get a lot more battery life than both of them on push.

Is this just a case of the more push the worse battery, or something up with mobile me?

Thanks!

What fetch interval are you using?

Well, all I can say is what MY phone would do.

I don't consider my self a power user and I am NOT one of those that turns stuff off and on.

So, with EVERYTHING on, including Push, I had to charge daily just about. I would be at 30% or less each night on the battery.

Then, as an experiment, I turned off Push, deleted MobileMe, and configured GMail and set it to Manual.

I then could go 3 days in between charges with the same usage.

So Push is a batter drainer on my phone for sure.

When it's on fetch I have mobile me set at 30 minutes.

I want to try it with Exchange on fetch and mobile me on push to see if there's a difference, but I need to keep exchange on push.
