I let my Mobile Me account lapse because I wasn't using it. I then got tired of the notification that it wasn't syncing every time I turned my phone on. Upon deleting that email address from my phone all of my contacts and calendar went with it. I went to the genius bar and renewed my Mobile Me and was able to get my contacts back. My calendar is still gone. Any suggestions?
 
Make sure that "Calendar" is turned ON in the MObile me options on your phone.

You have to pick which items you want to Sync by flipping toggle switches. I suspect that toggle switch is not turned on.

You could also log into me.com and see if there are even items listed on the calendar at all to begin with. If the calendar is blank on ME.com than your items are gone.
