Mobile Web: Template Out there?

Hello,

Does anyone know where i can get a free mobile friendly CSS template? Or can give me a hand making one?

I need to make a mobile friendly version of my website (www.hampshiredofeyouthforum.tk).
I have been on various websites, and all i can find is websites helping you make a brand new website.
What i would like to do is to still use my HTML pages. That way when i edit my HTML page, it will update the computer version aswell as the mobile version.

What you really need to do is modify/re-build your normal site. Get rid of the frames and have a really good separation between content and styling.

Then use browser detection to swap CSS/JS and anything else needed to transform the same markup into the mobile version.
