As long as you do not restore from an iOS 6 backup you should be able to register your iOS 7 device. Enterprise mail should work as well. We are actively working toward official support for iOS 7 when it is released.

The exact opposite was true for me. It worked as expected when I upgraded from iOS 6. After battery issues I did a clean install ... hasn't worked since. I deleted all traces of MobileIron and followed by companies (PwC) instructions, no luck!
I believe you can lock down which versions of iOS MobileIron permits.
If not, that's worrisome. I wouldn't want my employees running a beta OS with known/unknown vulnerabilities. Maybe MobileIron will chime in to clarify.
