MobileMe and video, doesn't work right

I have MBP and use iPhoto and MobileMe. I can post videos to Face Book with no trouble but when I send a link to MobileMe to a video nobody seems able to get the video to play. There is a photo but no video. I have sent it to myself on AOL and it goes through fine, on my Mac.
Any ideas what I need to do so that others can view video on MobileMe?
