MobileMe changes not appearing on iCal but are actually there?

Like many others, I am having a problem with changes made on MobileMe appearing on iCal. If I add events on my iPhone, they won't show up on iCal. However, here is the interesting part: I use SpanningSync to sync up to gCal. The changes DO show up on gCal!

Since SpanningSync only syncs to iCal data, this means the data is being pushed. It just isn't showing up for me to see visually.

Any solutions?
