MobileMe data not pushing to iPhone 4

I just updated to iPhone 4. Love it, except my MobileMe data is not pushing to the iPhone.

For example, I made a change in iCal on my desktop two hours ago, and it still isn't showing up on my iPhone. I deleted several messages in Mail.app on my desktop, but they still appear as unread in my inbox on the iPhone.

Settings are as they've always been on my desktop (sync turned on, set to "automatically"). MobileMe sync is also turned on in the iPhone Mail, Contacts & Calendar settings area.

Anyone else having this problem? Any ideas?

I'm having simila issue. mobile me is creating multiple calendars on my iphone (os 4.0) which I can't then delete. I push over the air but phone is not replicating what is at the cloud. Anyone else having this experience?

Make sure you are not syncing iCal through iTunes at the same time
