As off this morning (Singapore time) MobileMe mail has stopped working for me. Yet on there web site there a little green light saying everything is fine.

Anybody else having problems?

Plus..... Back to my Mac has said "Connecting" for over a week (Radio button is Amber) but never connects.

Family Pack, since signing up for MobileMayhem on the 23rd of July I'm still trying to purchase the Family pack, still getting the same useless response from the help (less) desk.

Having recently switched from PC's to Mac's I think they are great but this MobileMayhem fiasco is really p...ing me off.

Well, for a while I thought it was just me.........

Its the same for me, I can't send mail from smtp.me.com.

I see your from Scotland (my home country) so its not just restricted to the Philippines.

The whole MobileMayhen fiasco is starting to piss me off.........

It seems to have started working again now, I can send mail okay now... I wonder how long it will stay working this time...

My contacts aren't syncing right now. Not sure for how long it has been like that as I just noticed it this morning.

welcome to the club

welcome to the club. Although I still value Apple's hardware and os, I must say their services like mobileme aren't worth the headache---not if you depend on them for important things.

Apple, will have to perform close to a miracle for me to ever tout their formerly great .mac-now-mobileme services

All my contacts have disappeared but mail is syncing. Really frustrating.

Haven't been able to get on for two days. Wasn't able to send mail from phone. Have never been able to add a calendar event through safari without it giving a server error. Pretty much useless.

I've finally given up on MobileMayhem!

I've cancelled my account and cancelled the iPhone.

After 2 weeks of trying to purchase the Family pack and almost $1,000 of pre Authorization charges on my credit card I've had enough. Support hasn't replied to me now for 6 day's.

I bought a Nokia E66 for my wife and found that it does everything I want but better than the iPhone as it will sync with all my e-mail accounts, not just Mobile Me.

Cool, glad you found a solution. Just for clarity, I should mention that the iPhone should sync with any mail account too, not just MobileMe... mine certainly syncs with exchange server and gmail's imap too.

After I pushed the POST button I wondered if I was right.........

The support offered by MobileMe is virtually non existent!

Push to iPhone stopped?

It's seems that mm has stopped pushing to my iPhone (new 3G) - anyone else had this problem?

Could it be to do with the fact my phone number changed (ported my old one across) which happened at about the same time...

Edit: just remembered the appstore didn't push updates either - and just checked my wife's iPod touch and same thing with the app store so I assume that it's nothing to so with my number....

Mail not accessible right now

Apple must be working on something. I can use my calendar, web gallery and address book through MM, but all the emails are gone, just a blank page there. So I'm guessing Apple is working on something or another related to MM.

ON EDIT: It's back up, but I haven't noticed any changes yet.....

I've not been able to get email without forcing the iphone to manually check. It doesn't push nor does it fetch. Seems to have started since I installed 2.0.1.

The calendars are still working perfectly though!

I can't get mail on my phone period. Just says "Checking for Mail...." Nothing happens :(

I'm having problems now too. Mail comes to my phone ok but not to mail.app without me manually checking. Then once it comes through on mail.app (minus the sound and a few seconds after checking has 'finished'). If I read it there it doesnt get updated on the phone.

I thought I would give the MobileMe chat line a go and waited and waited and watched the waiting time go up from 2 minutes to 12 (throughout 20 minute period). I gave up!

I feel bad for Apple because this fiasco is harming them so much. I'm even considering dropping my subscription. If I do that I will no longer have a requirement to upgrade to the next iLife version too. So with a lot of disgruntled people out there this is costing Apple a lot of money and really damaging the brand. All the recent switchers will be thinking here we go again!

:(

I signed up for MobileMe today, assuming it was all working again. Guess I was wrong!

Push doesn't work at all for me - it downloaded my Calendar and Contacts OK when I first set it up, but nothing is updating. Not even when I set it to manually fetch.

Now the mail server has gone down...
