How is it going to work?

I mean, surely apple will KNOW if your iPhone is registered with them or not, so how would MobileMe work with an unlocked iPhones? Or do you think Apple won't be that restrictive?

Apple will know if you are registered with them (and pay for) for Mini Me via your log in and password... I do not think they track who is registered with ATT at all do they?
