iPod touch Mobileme Galleries, WiFi & MobileMe Support problems!!

ok, so I logged this problem with MobileMe about 3 months ago now and with regular followups and STILL no solution...I cannot send photos from my iPod Touch 2G directly to my mobile me galleries via wifi (and yes my settings and OS are fine), about 6 weeks ago MobileMe support said they were aware of the problem but couldn't find a solution?? it can't be rocketscience can it?? I select the 'send to mobileme' option, select an album, type in a title and tap 'publish', about 3 minutes later I get an error message saying 'unable to publish....' why??? sending the photo via email works fine, but the big issue is sending it directly to a Mobileme gallery!! come on Apple sort this out!! anyone with any ideas on why this happens?? thanks
