I didn't see anything about this in the Live Blogs from today's event, so I am guessing it wasn't addressed in the keynote. But, has anyone heard anything else about iCloud accounts? Specifically if Apple plans to provide free email accounts to iCloud users?

Also, I hope they are still working on unifying Apple ID accounts. I have a couple that need to be merged.

Wow, I really created a popular thread here. Don't everyone post at once. ;)

As for my question, just in case there is anyone else out there who is interested in this answer, I found it on the Apple iCloud site.

"Mail, the iCloud way.

With iCloud, you get a free me.com email account that works great with Mail on iPhone. It’s ad-free and protects against spam. And once you set it up the way you like, all your folders stay up to date, no matter which device you’re using."
