Anyone know if you can sync to mobile me from outlook xp?

I see the recommended requirements are for 2003 onwards but any reason why it wouldn't work?
 
just wondered if anyone had tried syncing with outlook XP?

or

if anyone knows why it wouldn't work - certainly looks very similar to 2003 but i guess often things have changed 'beneath the surface'
