MobileMe syncing Contacts help...

I have had my MobileMe account for awhile now and everything seemed to work fine with my iPhone, until today when i imported a new contact on my Mac, I went to look it up on my Phone and it wasn't there. I then updated some information on another contact from my phone and it transfered to my Mac, but the new contact still had not transfered to my phone....


Any tips are appreciated.
