MobileMe: Will Mac.com Email Addresses Still Work

I really like my username@mac.com email address. I don't want to use username@mobileme.com or username@me.com. I think the MobileMe name is pretty stupid. On par with the MacBook name.

Here's hoping that Apple will continue to allow use of the mac.com domain name for emails. Otherwise, I sense a need to cancel my Mac.com (now MobileMe) subscription and use an alternate email address through Yahoo.

id like to know why noone is logged into the macrumours java chat. i was logged in and only a guy whos name was liveevent and some other guy was there and they were posting way before it goes onto the site.thought it woiuld have been flooded,guess not.

Because you can't see any of the other users. I believe it says that in the channel description. Trust me, a lot of people were in there.

You can keep it, re-read what it says in Existing .Mac subscribers.

I've just had an email off the .Mac Team.

Don't worry, you can have both mac.com & me.com email addresses...

As a MobileMe subscriber, you can continue to use your mac.com address for email. You will also be issued a me.com address with the same user name that you can use if you prefer. The choice is yours.
