MobileNotes and MobileMail crash

I have installed this two folder in the right places via ssh (private/var/stash/Application) When I open these app it opens for just a second and then shuts right back down, why?? the file from an iPhone 4s 5.0.1 just like the mine. It's a permission problem? Please help, i can't restore!
