Moddable basketball game? (platform doesn't matter)

I like how you can program custom mods for first-person shooters. (UT series especially!)

Are there any moddable BASKETBALL games out there? PC-only is fine (or even console), although Mac support would be awesome.

I want to be able to mess with the rules, basket height, etc.

2K games let you play with the settings (i.e set shot success rate to 100%)

Can you make the court longer, the baskets bigger, more fundamental things like that?

I'm thinking a full custom-programmed mod is called for.

No you can't do that, I was thinking of 2K also, but then you asked for changing basket height, court length, and other physical features, not the players' ability.
