In a series of posts ... I recently bought a 2.0 Ghz Dual Core Mac Pro and that came without a Airport Card. I am redoing my network and currently do not have a connection. I have found an original Airport Card Extreme at a site that just sells Airport Cards! I need a modem to use temporarily with this computer. I could get the internal modem, if anyone has one lying around collecting dust that would work in this computer? However, I have noticed quite a few USB type modems. Anyone know of one that works well with this computer. I presume I could use it with all computers, should I be in a wireless area without a signal, but with a phone jack. Might be a good thing to have on me when I travel! Please help. I should be taking delivery of the computer in the next day or two and temporarily, will have no way to get a internet connection.
