I’m a 90’s gamer and it was fun and simple… I’m playing a game.. my friend comes round and he presses start on his controller and boom he’s in the game!

I have a PS5 and I find it impossible how set up 2 player games with my daughter.. we usually just take it in turns… it’s such a faff having to create an account for her plus all age restrictions etc…

Any tips on how to do it? Or games to recommend that are suitable for an 11 year old?

I find the PS5 UI not very easy to use… perhaps I’m not use to it but it’s just not as simple to me as say an Apple TV menu set up etc

PS5 UI is just terrible in my opinion but you just get to use it.

For a screensplit two player games I think in It takes two, Human Fall Flat and maybe A way out but I'm not sure about this one in relation to your daughter age. Maybe Split Fiction?

when you turn on the second controller you can just use it as a "guest" if I remember correctly. Did that on the PS4 as well. Annoying as they want and assume you are playing online and what your account connected, but you can definitely do it without logging into an account.
