This just started happening and no idea why. When modifying a photo from a third party app, Apple presents the confirmation dialog asking you to confirm you want to modify the photo. In that dialog it shows a thumbnail of the photo. But that thumbnail is now no longer being shown. Just an empty space in the confirmation dialog where the photo should be. Example attached is from Google Photos, but this happens with any app that can modify photos.
Any else have this issue and know how to fix it? Tried rebooting, didn't help.
